SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders. Please note we can not ship to PO boxes. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. Kota will notify you of any shipping delays but cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST with be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 14 days to ship all made to order items. We will send email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
KOTA RETURN POLICY
You may return the product to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
The product must be returned in the original packaging including dust bags with tags still attached and in the same condition in which it was delivered. We are unable to offer an refund or exchange on items that are deemed damaged-scratched or worn in their original packaging.
If your order was placed in the US, all sales tax will refunded. For international orders, shipping, handling fees, customs duties and sales tax are non-refundable through Kota Boutique. Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received.
If you need to return an item, simply email support@kotaboutique.com. We will send your return shipping label and return confirmation via email. Print the prepaid return label. Pack the return and the return confirmation page in the original package.The return confirmation page is required for accurate return processing.
